Home Inspection

A home is constructed by individuals that work in the construction industry. The construction industry is divided by trades and people who work in these trades, such as; foundation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more. A home inspection is defined by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) as; a general home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property performed for a fee. The home inspection is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. A home inspector evaluates all trades used to construct the home. Therefore, the best home inspector for you is an individual who has obtained excessive versatility in their work experience, education, and qualifications.
